TROPICAL KICK

Ingredients

1 nitro can Mockscow Mule, four cubes (approx. 1/2 inch) of fresh ripe mango, 1/2 fresh red chilli sliced into rounds (inc. seeds for heat or reduce qty to turn the heat down), cracked pepper & ice

Method

1. Add mango, chilli slices & cracked pepper to the shaker & muddle until pulp
2. Add ice (Fill 1/3 of the shaker)
3. Add nitro can of Mockscow Mule
4. Close shaker and shake vigorously (approx. 5 to 8s)
5. Pour full contents into rocks glass (alternative serve: Strain using a Hawthorne strainer into a cocktail glass)
6. Rub the full rim of the glass with remaining fresh chill
7. Garnish with fresh grind of black pepper and the fresh chilli
