HONEY SPICE CHEER
Ingredients
1 nitro can Mockscow Mule, 1 tsp of honey, 1/2 tsp of chilli paste, 1/2 tsp teaspoon of chilli flakes, freshly ground nutmeg to garnish & ice
Equipment
Shaker & Hawthorne strainer
Method
1. Add chilli paste, chilli flakes & honey to the shaker
2. Add ice (Fill 1/3 of the shaker)
3. Add full nitro can of Mockscow Mule
4. Close shaker and shake vigorously (approx. 5 to 8s)
5. Strain into Champagne Coupe
6. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
(alternatively with a slice of freshly cut honeycomb)
